The location was fantastic as all the main attractions like Plaza Mayor and the Prado National Museum were just a short walk away. The room was small but adequate for my needs during my three-night stay, and I appreciated having a fridge. Even though the lack of a kettle was a bit inconvenient, the experience was overall enjoyable, especially roaming the lively streets filled with Spanish vibes.

I found my room to be incredibly cramped and lacked sufficient air circulation, making it feel stuffy. The shower had moldy sealant, which added to my discomfort. Additionally, there was little to no daylight, and communication issues with the staff when seeking assistance proved frustrating.

Positive, The location is fantastic, steps from Puerta del Sol. The staff were super helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Our room was always clean and comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler like me.

this hotel is positively charming, if you enjoy cramped spaces. the bathroom was so small, i felt like i was in a sardine can, and the noise from other guests was unbearable. how about an upgrade for all my troubles? i was expecting more than this lackluster stay. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

An excellent spot in the heart of Madrid! The location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy local tapas bars. The daily cleaning was nice too!

The stay was enjoyable, especially having our five kids along. The place was clean and quiet amidst the city hustle, which made it easier for us to explore local sights. We also appreciated the fridge in the room for snacks and drinks.

My children wished for better shower pressure during our stay.

The balcony view was a real highlight, overlooking the lively plaza below. I felt like I was living the high life! And the daily room cleaning, spotless every time. It’s like they really care about keeping things in top shape!

It was just a fine choice for a brief pause in Madrid with decent value for money. The room was small but clean, and the bed was comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. After check-in, remember you’ll need to walk a bit to reach the room in the other building.

The location is unbeatable, right next to a major city landmark, allowing easy access to attractions and public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist, especially during a medical emergency when they quickly arranged additional rooms for us. Despite the cleanliness and charm, the room was quite small, leading to a somewhat cramped experience, and there were some issues with stair access when the lift was out of order. The WiFi worked well and was a nice bonus.
